ST2.1 won't be ready till January. SS2 not till March. Miroslav (which I have the refill now). I have these 3 plug-ins. But if I can't use them until then...what am I going to do with them?
$99 transfer fee for each. If I am to "transfer" it to someone who could "use" it now...know my situation?
ST2.1, SS2 and Philharmonik are great plugs...if I can use it. So...who's interested? Oh wait, there's this Total bundle right now...so...I'm stuck with these until then?

That's the unfortunate downside of being an "early adopter" of a new platform - you have to wait for stuff to "catch up" to you 
and there'a a whole new cycle of new platform-specific bugs to deal with
