spectral morphing app

A while ago I found in a KVR thread (about fft or morphing) a link to someone who made some free sound utility apps for windows. One of them was a sound morpher. I downloaded it but accidently deleted the file before I ever used it.

Does anyone know where to find it? It wasn't a plugin. Can't find the topic anymore.

  Realtime spectrogram (waterfall) display of input and output sounds:
  See what frequency components are in your sound and exactly what you've done.
  Use your mouse to see the note & frequency under the pointer.
  
  You can select up to 4 of the above effects to be run in series - combining the effects in this way allows you to make completely new and surprising sounds.
  
  DtBlkFx is freely distributable and is covered by the terms of the GNU licensing agreement. Source code is included.

• SPEAR is an application for audio analysis, editing and synthesis. The analysis procedure (which is based on the traditional McAulay-Quatieri technique) attempts to represent a sound with many individual sinusoidal tracks (partials), each corresponding to a single sinusoidal wave with time varying frequency and amplitude.
  
  Something which closely resembles the original input sound (a resynthesis) can be generated by computing and adding all of the individual time varying sinusoidal waves together. In almost all cases the resynthesis will not be exactly identical to the original sound (although it is possible to get very close).

Yes!

It was SoundMorpher. And Cecilia looks interesting as well.

Although DtblFX is indeed a fantastic plug, I was looking for the other thingy.

Actually Cecilia looks rather accomplished. It took me a bit before I got it started on my mac.

The whole sight is very flaky, pages sometimes load and sometimes don't, the pictures don't always load etc. The links do work just keep trying.
