As you see, that is the KVR page for Image Line Toxic III.

Usually, the "Related Software" box is for software of the same developer.

Then what is Synapse Audio Orion doing???

Toxic is also licensed to Orion, that's the extent of the relationship I think.

gol says, at one point, they worked together to allow cross app generators (FLS <---> Orion) but they disagreed too much I think.

Rich and Gol are pretty good mates, AFAIK. They seem to help each other out with stuff now and then.
