Real dumb question about fx drivers in sx-3

Sometimes all my plugin routings disappear and the only thing that never does are those plugins on my c drive.
Is it possible to create copies of drivers so I can aim sx3 to look for then on my c drive?
I don't have space nor patience to reinstall everything there.

Keep all your plugins at one convenient place, like the vst subfolder that Steinberg recommends, ok? These are not drivers.

I don't have the patience nor time to explain the difference between drivers, plugins and their routings
