The Musical Genome Project is a new sampleset series by Nucleus SoundLab for Wusikstation, Reason 3 and SF2/SFZ. MGP concentrates on inexpensive, sub-$30 libraries focused around specific musical themes. The goal of MGP is high-quality sounds everyone can afford.
The second sampleset in the Musical Genome Project series is Perfect Fifths. Perfect Fifths is the ultimate powerchord library. Nucleus SoundLab has taken a classic Les Paul, and recorded powerchords through two vintage amplifiers. Since everyone's taste in amplifiers varies, the chords have also been recorded clean - ready for your own amping!
Multiple strokes are included to allow for fast, natural-sounding playback in all genre-types. No 'machine-gun effect' is present, unless you want it.
Live out your guitar-god fantasies - with Perfect Fifths!
