Are there plug-ins that do things with MIDI only; for instance repeat a played note ever so many times at a certain interval after it's played? I always thought the Tobybear MidiBag was this kind of stuff but upon closer inspection it's not exactly what I had thought up in my head. Is there a way to do this?

Sonar has this. The one time i've used it though, it worked quite well!

As said, Sonar has quite a few shipped with the system. For processing in realtime of after a track is recorded.

Sonar also has a programming language that makes just about anything possible, if processed afterwords, not in realtime.

midi delay - does this exist?
