It's noise. It has no specific frequency.

It may have a bandwidth outside which the noise density is tailing off but, in general, it's broadband noise.
Now with improved MIDI jitter!

That's about the size of it. If you have noise reduction software, use it to analyze a section of tape that has no signal on it, just hiss. That'll give you a frequency profile. (At least my Sonic Foundry NR lets you view a noise profile... and edit it.)
