if i import samples in to acid pro and then use the beatmapper to correct tempo on one sample, it will change the entire project to that tempo, all i need to do is have each channel a different tempo for each sample, how is this done?

You can adjust the number of beats or play it as a one shot. If you play it as a one shot you'll have to manually slice the parts to fit which is usually the best option when using long beatmapped tracks.
