Ok, I just loaded this wav in Sonar5 and it didn't import the markers. I then loaded it into Sound Forge 6 and edited the Acid properties. The original file info indicated there were no Acid chunks so I ticked Acid 2 (in SF Acid properties) and resaved the file. Sonar would then load the file with the markers but only for the 1st measure. The remaining 3 measures were ignored, i.e., no markers. FYI, this file loaded with all markers intact in Sound Forge and FL Studio. Maybe Sonar 6 will allow this sort of import(?)
Does Audition have an "acidizing" feature somewhere? If so, you might try saving the file acidized and re-up the file and I'll try it again for you.
