How do i install livecut

want to use livecut with live 5.2 on a Macbook Pro. I downloaded the livecut.component" and livecut.Vst. where do these little bad boys go?

you put Livecut.vst inside ~/Library/plug-Ins/VST/ however the AU doesn't work on MacIntel yet.
