hey all my housemate has a song he made in garageband and all I want to do is mix it down track by track, we tried a few ways to export each track by track, but it simply isnt working. I merely want to have each track separated just as in any DAW program, but have no idea how to do this. He tried to just drag the stupid file into itunes but we got 83 tracks...
now im having him try to solo and export song each time, but it takes SO LONG and is absurd...
anyone help please?

Garageband is pretty limited in its import/export. This could very well not be possible.
You could ask at MacJams, where the GB users outnumber the Logic ones by a decent factor.

haha this is awful my poor friend. I think so far we did get all his tracks soloed and exported, it took hours.
