I am happy to announce the upcoming release of a new sample set, Julie Resynth.

The whole set is based on samples of the voice of Julie Hamelin who is already featured in our current Julie Collections. But this time the samples are resynthesized to create new ones that are playable chromatically across the keyboard. In most cases, the actual flavor and tone of Julie's voice are preserved in the resynthesized samples within her natural range and the notes outside of it sound good too. Listen to the examples below to have a better idea of the process.

Aah

There are 5 Aahs, here's the second one. 3 chords, the first 2 in Julie's natural range and the 3rd is lower:
Aah 2

Aah 4, same chords as above:
Aah 4

Aah 4, second example:
Aah 4 2nd

Doo:

An example where the original sample is not recognizable:
Clavlike

This set will be sold between $10 and $20 US. It will be available as a soundfont for sure and maybe also in Wusikstation and Gigastudio 3 formats. All programs are multi-sampled.

Comments and questions are welcome.
