Reverb A&B Cubase

Hi, could anyone tell me why just the Reverb settings on my Cubase don't seem to work on the audio settings when recording vocals from the mic? All the other effects work fine when applied to the mic vocals wav and when I apply them to any other wav, i.e. keyboard etc, It's wierd it's just when I try and apply the Reverb to the vocals nothing happens...!

Why not record the vocals with no effects and then apply it later. At least you would have a choice. Once you have recorded the reverb on the original track you can't take it off.

I just like to have my options. That's my only reason.

It is odd that you can do others, but not a vocal mic.
