I've had to make some knock-on modifications to the square wave levels of VCOs 1 and 2 due to mods to one of the controls in later versions of SynthEdit.

If you don't want to download the Zip again, just unlock the panel, click on the square wave output knob for Oscillator (VCO) 1 then right-click and set the output level to 10. Do the same for VCO2 and re-lock the panel.

I've added an updates text file to the Zip and am thinking of splitting the zip so that you have the control graphics in one Zip which should not change, Se1 files and updates in the other zip so you can click and download as required.

In case you have not read this elsewhere!

You'll have to wait for the next SynthEdit Beta as the versions above 0.90 to 0.946 can't handle this synth but Jeff has been working on the next beta for us all.

SynthEdit 0.90 works fine though!

Are we talking the Synthi AKS ?

If so then there were two versions, with joystick and without.

I did it that way because if there was no joystick connected whilst running the joystick version (by mistake possibly) there would be infinite joystick error boxes which is only right.

Sadly but only rightly, I've taken it off because of this reason....

That said I've removed it from the site until there is soem go-ahead.

I agree with Robin about the fact that not everyon wants to pay for work. Don't worry, that goes for anyone who does any sort of work, from painting and decorating to anything else.

I shall email Robin again anyway and keep you all posted.

Does it really have to be a commercial venture? Does everything have to come down to money. I mean, the original Mini Moog sold worse than Strand cigarettes, but (unlike the fags) everybody loves it- well nearly I suggest you appeal to Zinovieff direct, your emulation is hardly going to take away sales of their synths and if it comes down to money, well stuff it

I like the VCS5 Synthedit thingy that's floating round on the net but have been wiggin' out on Reaktors SynthInACase which is rather amzing to say the least also.
