I have just recently installed Sonar 6 onto my PC and have attempted several times to register it on the cakewalk website. Each time the site tells me that I cannot register at this time. I have filled in everything correctly and have attempted it in several browsers. Is anyone else having this problem?

Nope; worked first time here.

How are you doing it? Just cutting and pasting the registration info from your email?

So you only have a serial number? Is this an upgrade or a new copy?

Then you should have been emailed your registration code and serial number. Check your spam/junk folder, mine got filtered out and I was lucky to notice...

No problems here either.
I know this sounds obvious, but I've seen this many times before... Are you sure you are entering the serial number exactly as it is printed (not confusing 0 for O, and so forth)?
Also, what browser are you using?

I got that same message when I tried registering the first time by copying the serial from the email and pasting it into the serial number field on the site. When I typed the serial number in manually the second time, it worked without problem...strange, but worth a try if you haven't already done so.

I have filled out the registration page several times and in both firefox and internet explorer. No luck. I have also tried registering from the pop up when I open Sonar 6, which fills in the serial number for me. That was obvious, thank you for pointing it out.flugel45 wrote:No problems here either.

I appear to be having the same trouble as this fellow: http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.asp?m=879497
I have e-mailed cakewalk and am patiently awaiting a reply to tell me to e-mail someone else...again.

the email didn't get blocked by a spam block did it?
