I'm looking for some fairly basic, inexpensive, non-drum sample CDs -- just single notes, maybe orchestral instruments and synths. (16 bit, 44.1 wav format)
I was thinking about a couple of the Samplefusion CDs. Are these any good? Do they have any bizarre copy protection? (I'd like to use them on two or three different machines.)
If anyone has ideas, they would be much appreciated.
Basic 16bit 44.1 one-note sample CDs?

SampleFusion are cool, no proctection as far as I know. Electronisounds @ www.electronisounds.com would be my best bet! Their sample CDs seems more oriented toward tracker style sampling with lots of one-shots & simple 1-2bars loops.

Thanks for the info. Some of the electronicsounds CDs look promising. I'm listening to "Analogesque" right now. Pretty cool.
