http://download.yousendit.com/D5FA72B94FF7328A

im sure ive heard it in many songs but im not sure if it is a preset or not,

i assumed it would be a fairlight preset, but i have nostalgia vst and its not on there,

does anyone know? or anyone have a similar sample they can send me,

That's Art of Noise if i'm not mistaken.
I know JJ Jezkalicz did a bunch of samples for the Fairlight himself. Trevor Horn more or less gave him a Fairlight III and said like: here, make some great samples!!

So it is probably property of Trevor Horn. That is my guess.

hi
thanks
i found a sample cd by JJ jezkalicz which has all sorts of art of noise samples on it, so this sound will most likely be on it,
its called "art of sampling", i think its in wave samples,

It sounds like a PPG Wave if I'm not mistaken.

sure it's not Roland. Try Yamaha or Korg
