In Fl Studio as a midi file?

Seems to look okay when I open it in Cubase. Is the project in pattern mode? Does the pattern have all the drums doing something (or is it just the hats playing in that one pattern)?

Just a regular beat made with bass drum hihat snare and toms made in the step sequencer.
