Missing Digi-Filter EQ's in Liquid Mix?

I sent an e-mail to Focusrite's support a week ago and I have not heard a word, so I'm posting my query here.

The Liquid Mix manual mentions EQ's known as "Digi-Filters" come with the program, which are Focusrite high pass and low pass filters.

Yet, these filters do not show up as plug-ins in my Liquid Mix program at all.

Do any other Liquid Mix owners have these plug-ins or are they missing with you too? I'm wondering where mine are.
