[Julia got back to me quickly and solved my problem. YOU GUYS ROCK!]

I emailed BITR (Julia) 2 weeks ago regarding the need for a re-issue of my serial # (it has somehow been lost in a server meltdown).

I have received no return email. I would like to use TSW Pro and expansions I already bought. I have all data and installers backed up - the only thing lost is the serial for TSW Pro.

Actually the thread title should be renamed because it's misleading.

We didn't receive a mail with this serial number replacement request, so I'm sorry that you have not received a new one yet. But I got a kvr PM now from you and your new serial number should be already in your mail inbox.
