preset problems

i'm starting to explore the extra preset banks out there for some of the synths i own, but i really cant wrap my head around how to load them.... i use Cubase4 and i'm trying to load a new bank into my vstation, and i want to try the prosounds ones for Embracer etc.... and i cant seem to get the viralfree soundbank to load into wusikstaion 3....i have it in the right section and i can see the viral bank in the file browser in w3 but when i right click nothing happens, and when i double click it closes....i am super confused in this area........
