Manytone and AraldFX are pleased to announce the release of ManyOne. (Both PC and Mac)

ManyOne has been designed for one specific task: to make it easy to get a great sound immediately.
ManyOne is a fully-featured, high quality, sample player which comes with a wide range of sounds intended to form the foundation of every musician's day to day musical needs.

The sounds come in four categories: electric pianos, ensembles, organs, and waveforms (which include classic analog waves). All of the sounds are all selectable from the easy to use sound browser. Most of the sounds were sampled from real classic analog hardware.
The waveforms can be used as they come or some of the synthesis tools can be applied through the simple interface to tweak the sounds. For speed in programming, there is a Sound Wizard with a range of preset synthesizer settings for all purposes.

This extensive range of sounds has then been coupled with a highly efficient low CPU sample playback engine with a powerful FX rack. The FX rack includes ten units: Tremolo; Overdrive; Mono Phaser; Stereo Phaser; Dual Chorus; Quad Chorus; Mono Flanger; Stereo Flange; Echo (with three varieties-warm, crush and light); and an Output Limiter. Like the Sound Wizard, there is an FX Wizard with a range of preset FX settings.

All Manytone users get access to a wide range of additional sounds (which will load into ManyOne) in the Manytone FreeZone. Users can also load their own samples (which can be easily mapped using the free ManyMapper utility), and in addition, Wusik and Dash soundsets will show up in the browser.

ManyOne is available for the special introductory price of $37.95. This introductory price is available until 15 January 2007 when the long term price of $49.95 will be adopted.

ManyGuitar owners can purchase this at a very special crossgrade price of $29.95 (as you already have a version of the Engine with your ManyGuitar)

Eve One owners (from Dash Signature) will receive a free engine upgrade, and a full upgrade offer via email over the next days, as this product updates and replaces EveOne. Watch your email or drop us a line if you are ready to purchase and you have not yet received the email.

ManyOne is available in PC VSTi format and Mac AU and VSTi formats (Universal Binary). One license covers both formats.

It took us a bit of extra time to get this released due to some changes like the Browser being added at the last bit of development, and the fact that we are releasing with a Mac Version also, but in the end it was worth it and we know some of you guys will really love the new ManyOne!

I know I am excited about this and it being Manytone's first venture into the Mac market.

Enjoy
Paul

Hi Hans
Thanks for being first to comment ;-)
Yes I love the browser... this is meant to be a fast to use instrument and that is one thing that helps it achieve that.

Also note we added a great new crossgrade for ManyGuitar owners that we never announced before.

Cheers again
Paul

Must be the Christmas mood that inspires you to be even more kind and generous than usual ;).

I'll wait for the email, I guess the Eve One crossgrade is better than the Manyguitar crossgrade? Or maybe there will be a competition crossgrade to get Wusikstation and VSampler users to ManyOne as well? ;).

Hm, isn't this based on the Wusikstation engine?
I'm just asking because I'm amazed to see it's available in AU/UB format as well.

I might be in for it rather soon.

Congratulations! This is an excellent low CPU multisample player with a myriad of options for modulating and enhancing the sound.

Hi

Thanks to all of you for the good wishes so far. It means a bunch to me to hear this.
EW - the skin is by amoebe of course but yes, he and I work together on the concept from the start.
He has ideas... I say how about this...how about that ... In fact one very cool thing happened. At first I requested a Piano/ key emblem in the GUI but it never made it in due to the old skin without the browser made it too crowded. Well imagine my surprise when Berend redid the skin for the new browser and he put the Key Logo on it.
Sweet, I say, but he is the man with the actual talent for bringing the vision to life.

Sascha - No this is not based on the Wusik Engine but rather the old Dash now AraldFX engine.
In developing ManyOne we made sure all Wusik sounds can be used in it though as that is the format all our instruments use.

So for Mac this will be one of the first Instruments to allow you to load Wusik and Dash sounds easily and economically, both cost and CPU wise.

Thanks again folks!

I dont believe this is based on the WUsik engine. If I'm correct.

Absolutely beautiful Paul. All the skins are beautiful.

Also... even though I'm a pc user, I don't mind that we had to wait a little so that the mac version could be released at the same time. It's nice to see the mac guys not have to wait.

Cheers!
Available on iTunes, Amazon, etc.

I am a big Eve One fan, but I can't see what's changed here from the current Eve One.

What are the crossgrade advantages for existing users ?

One of the big changes is that there's a FX wizard now (the Eve One sound wizard has also been expanded). The file browser is a significant improvement.

So, there are more options for manipulating your Wusik and Dash sounds, and switching between sounds is easier as well.

Hi Cabinfever

As I said above you will get a mail with a FREE Engine Update. I am trying to keep that confusion out of all the threads as it will be explained once we email you. But until then you can see how nice a price EveOne owners get and the details of it here: (see my post half way down the page)

http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... &start=120

As you see that threads gets a bit confusing but explains it all so I didn't want to repeat the confusion in this thread.

You have the choice... take the free upgrade or buy an extremely cheap Full version according to the info you see there.

Also to add to Dans words - there is a new Flanger added and the browser now goes multiple folder depths in your soundset directory.
