Anyway, some info about it and the 500 megs of Sonic Reality "Jam Loops" that come with it. These are loops of full instrumentation or partial instrumentation such as drums with bass to play guitar over or drums with bass and rhythm guitar to play lead over and other combinations of instruments. They aren't from any specific songs even if they sound similar so you can even use them in your own original music if you want... but they are meant mainly for jamming and having fun with AmpliTube 2 Live's "Speed Trainer". I got a question from someone about the loops so here is their question and here is my answer. If anyone else has any questions about StealthPlug, it's bundled software (which are quite a lot of goodies for that price, hence its popularity) and the loops just let me know.
Q: Hello, I noticed that you seemed to know quite a bit about the IK Multimedia Stealth Plug in a thread I was reading on this site and I was wondering if you could help me out. I have a Stealth Plug and I love it, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the 500MB of loops to work on my computer. I have the loops, or so I think; I got a password for them but I didn't know where to put it. What do I need to do? I would really appreciate any help that you could give. Thanks!
A: The loops that come with StealthPlug are intended to work within AmpliTube 2 Live's "Speed Trainer" module. This is a really cool part of AmpliTube 2 Live where you can play a loop or a song in this Speed Trainer player and then play guitar or bass along with it! What's really cool about it is that you can change the tempo of the song without affecting the pitch. So, for songs you want to learn (or guitar parts perhaps, maybe fast ones) you can slow it down to hear the notes (where the name "Speed Trainer" comes from). But, you can drag and drop any Wave or MP3 loop file such as the 500megs of loops from Sonic Reality that come with the StealthPlug right into the Speed Trainer window and it will play. It will automatically loop (or you have to hit a button to make it loop I forget) and you can jam away. Have fun!
