Fake legato mode in Chris Hein Horns ?

Hello!

I loaded some of the "All Playing Techniques"-type programs from Chris Hein Horns in Kontakt 2 and saw that the samples in the "Legato" group are just the same as the samples in the "Sustain" group. So further I opened the "Sustain" program from the "Single Playing Techniques"-type and resaved it together with the samples in another (empty) folder. Then just copied the "Legato" program from the "Single Playing Techniques"-type to the same folder where I have saved the "Sustain" program and did "Batch resave" for that folder in Kontakt 2 and voila - the copied "Legato" program worked with the samples from the "Sustain" program. All these things can be done with Alto Sax and Tenor Sax.

So now I am wondering - is there something that I am doing wrong, or just this is a marketing trick and in fact the legato-mode in Chris Hein Horns is a b..t?
