How looooong does it take to get your download links for manytone products? I bought manyone yesterday and still awaiting a download link!

From our order page, right on the ManyOne purchase it says this:
The links to download the product will be sent by email within 24 hours of placing your order.
Your order came in at Midnight last night and I shipped it when I awoke and got to the office this morning. (about 12 hours later) We have to manually sent the info and the only time it takes this long is while is sleep. (And I needed it
)
