I love this thing :D
I base most of my tunes around RMIV and a few instances of crossfade looper.

What does everybody use it for? I often use it to play, say drumloops as pitched "instruments" to make them fit the song's tempo and add a little pitch weirdness at the same time. To that end I made some .aupresets that pitch a file in such a way that it matches a specified bpm, eg 120-135.aupreset.

If enough people think this is a good idea I'll try and create a pretty extensive aupreset library based on this website:

http://mp3.deepsound.net/eng/samples_calculs.php

if you get my drift.

My bpm repertoire is fairly limited so I'm not likely to go to the trouble of creating 400+ aupresets for my own use alone.
I'm thinking increments of 5 bpm. Some aupresets will be identical, folowing some kind of periodicity I've not yet fully sussed.

Maybe this could be a collab??

Hi,
the next version of crossfade loop synth actually has a loop length/bpm calculator built into it, so maybe I can save you some trouble! :)
Watch out for the beta in the next few weeks - I think it's cool.
cheers,
os.

Any chance for a Windows version? :D
It looks like a very cool plugin but unfortunately i don't have Mac :(

A Windows version (of all my plugins) is something I do intend to do. I'm afraid I can't give you any idea of timescale though.
