Should I trade my CME UF6 for Novation Remote 61?

(not the remote SL or LE) It's just the Remote 61

I'd like to hear thoughts from anyone who has experience or knowledge with both.

Changed from UF6 to M-Audio Axiom 61 and it I'm totally satisfied with it.
Had to buy a midi to breath converter, but finally got rid of the bad drivers and lack of support from CME.
I didn't like the keys of the Novation, playing on it felt like hitting a wet sponge.

Hmmmmmm....

Well I have a novation x station 25. Frankly, I love the keys. Got rid of an axiom once because the keys were unbearble for me! Love the feel of the cme's though. but everyone has their prefs :)

Anyone else have anything that could help me with my decision?

I have a cme and a remote...The keys on the cme feel better, though I hadn't felt better since my novation remote. (well actually my old dx7 had the best keys)

The difference is with the remote, you have a bunch of preset spots where you can save different programs, where as with the CME you have to save them on the computer using the editor. Which works abusolutely perfect in my eyes. It's really give and take in different areas.

With the remote you have more controls, with the CME you have better controls. Up to you really, alot of it comes down to work flow, which one helps you to work better. I personally get more feel out of my CME, I just like how it plays. Ultimately it comes down to which one you like better. Just make sure you feel the controls on both of them, and make sure you can live with that. Somtimes something new is exciting, but you don't always make the best decisions when you're excited...so stop and really think about it and ask your self why you want to do it.

good luck

I have had a few keyboards but not a CME, I do however have an x-station 61 and it is my favourite by far, the keys are wonderful :)
