Hi. I'm looking for a transparent/uncoloured pre to add to my SPL Goldmike, Studio Projects VTB1 and Soundcraft M8. My budget is £200 and I've narrowed my search down to the Rane MS-1b and ART MPA Gold. Which one would you recommend for recording clean uncoloured vocals?
