after spending the whole day yesterday re cabling my studio,
I noticed that somethings not quite right.
It seems that through my hardware effects chain, half of them don't seem to work and yet audio is still comming through from the mixer, through the whole hardware and into my computers soundcard. Surley if it was a bad cable somewhere, the chain would be broken and you would'nt get anything?
I've checked that Ive inserted the cables in the correct order and checked all bypass switches etc are off.
Just don't get it?
Mixers fine, TC electronic compressor's fine but its when it gets to the Behringer ultratube eq it all goes wrong. No effect. After that, is a Behringer Virtulizer pro, Lexicon MPX550 and a Aphex 204, nothing from them either.
