Quick Question - cannot find setup and wav in standalone ...

Hi, I apologize for what is probably a question that has already been answered but I recently installed updated my rhino 2.03 standalone .exe to version 2.04 using rh204upd.zip and now I cannot find the setup [] and wav [] buttons to alter my midi setup and wav output. Where are they now located in the new 2.04 Rhino standalone? They used to be in the upper right hand corner of the 2.03 standalone but that area is now "blank" in version 2.04
