well, this one looks pretty decent for starters, no?

There was this other site too, had all the vintage drumboxes and heaps of synth sounds, can't think of the name, they had this yellow triangle mascot.

bit torrent seems inconvenient. ppl have to be at the right place at the right time. could it even work with dial up? where's the advantage over a free host or hosts?
