Does anyone have one of these interesting little units? The only thing stopping me buying one is I can't find any reference to its latency in cubase (or any other DAWS)
Could someone please let me know what sort of latency they are getting
cheers

thanks for the reply,
I do expect the unit to have a reasonable latency but i have got the feeling that firewire units in general have a longer latency - maybe someone can correct me on that?
As for the Yamaha, it is not quite what i'm looking for. The NVR10 has full 10/10 i/o between it and the pc (still only 2 out to real world but then its the inputs im after anyway) so the mixer becomes much more useful used in conjunction with Cubase. The spec is almost ideal to be honest, it's just a question of latency that is holding me back a little....
Surely one of our readers has got one of these? please?

here is an article on firewire and USB (and also a bit on PCI at the end) to give you some understand on the three.
I figured you might find this interesting…
