Hi,
I'm developing a loop library, and am looking for an app that specializes in converting from Apple Loop to rex2 or Acid files. I can go the other way, but I find apple loops are much easier to create.
Any suggestions?

Dunno about Acid but AFAIK there's no conversion tool for Rex2. Apple loops and Acid use a completely different technique than Rex2 so you'd pretty much have to start slicing from scratch. The only app I know of that outputs Rex2 files is ReCycle. I don't think it has a batch feature and even if it did I think you'd have to do quite a bit of fine-tuning after the fact. There seems to be a bit of an art to slicing audio files in a way that will allow them to be used at different tempi so it's probably a tricky process to automate.
