Does the XioSynth have a patch editor?

...and if indeed it does, is it a VST or a standalone?
If no, could the template editor be used for that purpose?

Anyone? It's not really a hard question if you own the XioSynth. Unless I'm asking a very stupid question with an obvious answer :D
