Besides loading/recording the same loop several times in different slots, and using different slice numbers (when using even slices), is there another (i.e. quicker) way to use slices of different lengths ?
I had major issues with the record sync in Live and eXT, the loop basically never started on beat 1, and sometimes was even totally off ; i seem to recall reading about this being fixed in the new beta... Is this it, or did i miss something ?
Hope you guys can shed some light on this, that's one hell of a program, i'll basically won't be able NOT to bouy it once i get the sync problem sorted...
And to Ohm, if i may make a few suggestions (kinda ballsy since i'm not even a customer yet
..It'd really be cool, if the plugin's gui size (esp the width) was definable in the settings. I'd love to be able to work on 64 beats patterns, but the arrangement view gets so crowded, it's barely possible to work it above 32 beats for me.
..Also, could a 'Live' record mode be added ? It'd disable reverse, pitching up, and also timestretch i guess ; allowing you to use liveslice more like regular buffer fx, and get rid of the 1bar delay, which makes it kinda unsuitable for live use (as an fx i mean) ?
..Don't know if the plugs architecture would allow these next two, but :
.it's kinda frustrating that adding a slice in between two others nudges every slice after it in all your arrangements. Could make for some cool accidents i guess, but some way to bypass that would be great
.and also, adding a track param for adjusting the slice's start point would be killer
Cheers, and congrats to Ohm for his work (how could i overlook LS for so long ?)
