Does either ManyONE or Manystation 2 support microtuning?
If so, which microtuning formats (e.g., scl, tun, etc.)?

Sorry, for some reason I missed this post until just now....
ManyStation and ManyGuitar and ManyOne all load tun files and support microtuning.
