BCR2000 Setup In Cubase Sx3

I have purchased my first MIDI controller (the BCR2000), and I have no idea how to set it up in Cubase Sx3. I am totally up sh*t creek without a paddle here, and I was wondering if there is a comprehensive guide out there for setting up and using this MIDI controller with Cubase? I am basically totally lost and I have read the user's manual and it was very un-helpful in explaining how to use this piece of hardware with Cubase specifically. Any and all help would be appreciated. I would really like to learn all I can about this product and how to set it up and use it properly with my VSTi's and also to control Cubase as well. I hope that you guys can help me as I have heard that this is a very reputable music production community!
