Nokia and other old monophonic phones

Can anyone let me know what kind of waveform the old old old monophonic phones used for their ringtones? I can't find any examples online and don't have a phone to listen to

Got some samples at home of actual monophonic mobile phones, I might have a look... But I'd start with square waves with a rather narrow pulse width, followed by an impulse response of a piezo speaker to get a close simulation.
