Free jRhodes3 soundfont. 70 MB of samples, 5 velocity layers, every 4th white key sampled, three versions (mono unlooped, mono looped, and my favorite, stereo looped).
MrRay73 is definitely cool. Scarbee is the best but it's not cheap. Don't waste your time with Lounge Lizard. (It's cool, but it doesn't sound like a Rhodes.)
[edit]Oh, I see pantsdown beat me to it -- my link is the same as his.[/edit]

I agree completely with Jeff here. I've got MrRay and use it occasionally, but when I think Rhodes I load up Jeff's SF2 in VSampler every time.learjeff wrote:Free jRhodes3 soundfont. 70 MB of samples, 5 velocity layers, every 4th white key sampled, three versions (mono unlooped, mono looped, and my favorite, stereo looped).

SfArk V2. However, some folks had problems and reported better luck using sfArkXTc. I have no idea why that would be.
BTW, my Rhodes soundfonts are meant to sound the way I set up my Rhodes to sound, not to be the best possible imitation of the classic piano for all purposes. Scarbee already has that base covered, and I use Scarbee too. Mine is pretty heavily EQ'd, and the stereo version has compression as well. The compression makes the high notes more lively.

if you have an emu sampler, or some method of converting them, this a pretty good library http://www.emu.com/products/product.asp ... duct=11084
and you get a bunch of good other "electric piano" sample sets in there too.
Ps. not cheap, but i found this for much cheaper than the price emu has listed.

Anyone know of any good Rhodes multisamples in WAV format?

The easiest way to get Rhodes samples in WAV format would be to take my soundfont and run any of the translator programs on it and convert it to 'sfz' format.
Why do you want wave files? Note that then it's not an instrument any more, just a collection of wave files, with lots of tedious work to make it a sampled instrument again.

What I'm really looking for is a Rhodes in WAV format that I can run off of my AKAI MPC (via midi keyboard).
