I have owned Battery 2 for a while and just used it as a plugin in Ableton Live to make beat patterns, but I was wondering if there is a way to design the beats in Battery itself. I don't believe it's possible, as I bought the program just for the samples and editing, but just making sure...

It would be sweet if battery had a sequencer built into a tab. then you could trigger each sequence with a midi key? would be awesome! maybe one day?

Is Battery 2 a drum machine for beat patterns?
