Two IK questions: accessing downloads and Syncrosoft issue

Hey, I emailed IK customer support, but while I wait---does anyone (Squids?) know if the latest Syncrosoft driver will cause crashes when trying to open a project with CSR 1.0 (dongle license) or AT 2.0 (also dongle license). I haven't installed the new C/R versions of those plugs and when I installed the latest Syncrosoft driver, it kept giving errors and crashing Tracktion 2 when I'd try to launch CSR or AT2.

I then went to the IK site to try to get the new versions but when I log in and try to access any page within the user area, I get a "page cannot load/unavailable" in both Firefox and Explorer. Is this the website acting up or is it on my end?

This is really frustrating so I hope someone can help out!

I can't give you any official advice (wait for IK support to get back to you for that).

Unofficially, I'm surprised that a Syncrosoft driver upgrade broke CSR and AT2. I've gone through several Syncrosoft driver versions and they've been solid. Have you tried reinstalling CSR and AT2? You shouldn't need to reauthorise online because the hardware key will stay the same.

Yea, I got the same result over and over but I guess it could just be the driver being bad. They've had several (some bug oriented) updates recently. It doesn't matter, though, since I got the dongle-less versions today. I just hope that Prophet V, which came on the brown truck today, will work alright. I'll find out shortly.

BTW, I bought both CSR and AT2 through eSoundz (best prices on IK that I've found).
