Quick questions about ManyStation, I hope.

1. As I understand it Manystation uses the Wusik engine. Does this mean that any sound/preset for Wusik will work?

2. If so, is Manystation Vista compatible? I have Wusikstation but it seems it is not Vista Compatible and WilliamK has said that is not a priority for him at this time. I hope I am wrong on this though!

Actually, I just remembered that Manystation is based on Wusik version 2; so anything I have that requires version 3 won't work. Oh well.

I don't see why the soundsets wouldn't work--I don't believe that the WusikSND format has changed from WusikStation 2 to 3. However, I don't think that ManyStation presets will work, since ManyStation has some of its own effects, etc. (correct me if I'm wrong)

Anything from manystation will load into wusik. Some wusikstation presets will not sound the same in manystation (cause it uses one of the new v3 effects or arp features).

All soundsets (wusiksnd's) will work in either.

If you already own wusik, you'll most likely be bying manystation for the presets and soundsets and use them in wusik.

All ManyStation Soundsets and presets will load into version 3 of WusikStation with out any problems.

All Soundsets from any version of ManyStation or WusikStation will load into any other version.

Presets from WusikStation 3 will work in ManyStation 2 unless they require some of the new features of the version 3 engine, in which case the preset will load but the Version 3 features will not be present.

Vista... On that note.... Has anyone out there with ManyStation version 2, tried it in Vista yet?
