I am using Cubase 4.01 with Tablet2midi. penning with a Wacom Intuos 3.

I have created the following:

A) VST Instrument with no midi track for Tablet2midi
B) VST Instrument with a midi track for Halion 1
C) VST Instrument with a midi track for another one

In Tablet2midi I created 2 XY object.
On one of them I set the channel to 2 to input some notes to (B)
On the other I set the channel to 16 to input some notes to (C).

I tested in Bidule (running as a VST) that notes from different channels are appearing when I switch from one XY to the other and they are perfectly.

So in cubase I set VST Instrument (B) to receive its midi from Tablet2midi and set the channel 2. Same for (C) but I set the channel to 16.

When using one of the XY controllers I set up, both VSTs are playing. The other one has the same behavior. This should not be happening!

I should be able to output some notes from the first XY controller exclusively for VST A and use the other XY controller exclusively for VST B.

Am I doing something wrong? Any help appreciated.
thx, oli
