Sampletank, Muse, Vista Compatiblity?

I am thinking of buying one of these, and was wondering if they are Vista 64 compatible.

If both are; which should I pull the trigger for? With the Sampletank option, I would get the Total Workstation Bundle which includes Sampletank XL, Sonic Synth, and Miroslv Orchestra.
