My good friend in Japan has spent over a year sampling the crap out of his many many many analogue synths, blending it all into a very authentic sounding refill. Called Gdrive.. it can be checked out at the link below

I've used it a fair bit...it sounds very like the synths it samples and it sounds better than any analogue attempts I've heard so far in Reason. i'm not just saying that because he's a friend
it really sounds good to me and i've had may analogues myself over the decades. Apparently he's sampled every third note of the keyboard which is a lot of detail. listen to the track 'Softly Gdrive' , 'the 4th kind' & the sample 'strings' & 'air pad' ... it give some idea of the warmth of the pads & leads for instance. The sample SAW & Phpluck are good trancey examples.
