Hi all,

The little Beta test is over, and Espertone Neochip is at v1.0. Changes include updated GUI, small tweaks to several values, and a little CPU optimisation, as well as an updated manual and a better FLP file which works out of the box. For those who missed the beta:

Neochip is a simple subtractive synth beginning by emulating the 2A03 chip used in the Nintendo Entertainment System, and ending with an effects chain which allows you craft more modern sounds. Neochip is best suited to creating deep grimey basslines and bold retro stlye leads and pads.

Automation works in FL via 'Last Tweaked Parameter,' and 'Browse Parameters.' There is a nifty multi channel ZELDA THEME FLP in the package for FL 7 users!

i love the synth, have made a quick demo, drums are dr.sid, all the rest is neochip,

Hey Cuppa, cheers for giving me a Demo track. I love the way you use both Authentic and affected sound to bring the stereo field in and out. Would it be OK for me to play this in my Uni presentation as an example of Neochip?

There is a small update 2nd May 2007, still v1.0, but there was a small graphical clitch on the GUI cutting off the info at the bottom. It also fixes the .FLP file which had reference to 3rd party plugins. Download again from the same link and simply replace the DLL and .FLP and you'll have no probs!

I know its not Halloween, but the demo of this thing is awesome, but the DL link is down. Does anyone by chance have a better link? I pm'd the creator, but it seems he is pretty inactive here.
