Portable Sys-Ex devices?

Hello all-

Just wanted to ask for some advice for the following.

I will be playing some live shows with some hard drive-equipped keyboards that will be carrying my sample data and setups.

Being the cautious sort, I would like to buy a nice, compact device that will also carry this information in the form of a Sys-Ex dump in case either hard drive fails.

I know I can get a small laptop with a program that'll do this, or an external hard drive (both my synths use SCSI) but I'd like to know if you can think of any portable devices -- sequencers, digital recorders, and the like -- that support Sys-Ex dumps. I'm thinking of things along the lines of say, the old Yamaha MDF-1 from decades back, but anything compact that stores/transmits Sys-Ex data is basically what I need.

If this device also uses some type of flash memory, that'd be icing on the cake.
