Roland VM3100PRO Help

I have 2 Digital mixers Roland VM3100PRO, that have the software crashed.
Have anybody the software in .hex format? or does sell anyone a VM3100PRO (UE only cause I don't want to pay the custom taxe).

I try all the shortcuts for upgrades for testing ....
When it's powering on, it doesn't load any menu. the backscreen lights but there is no menu.

Please help.

It was buyed from Canada (the other one from Germany).
Only the second seller gives me papers for the deal.
so when I told the roland services from my country (romania) that I want to repair it, they said that I have to ship it to canada, and MAYBE they will help me...

Both mixers software crashed because of an externat control software.

I used thru MIDI interface a software to control them andI think it was a corect SYSex send from the software so on the screen appear some strange characters and no response from any button.

Power off/on>> no menu.

The software was SoundQuest 8.

Please, I have find someone who can rewrite the chip for that eeprom (a kind of bios) but I need the software in hex mode or a source to copy from chip to chip....
