Hi KVR
I'm thinking about buying a Mackie Onyx Satellite firewire audio interface. The price in the UK has come down from £399 to only £169 in the last month or so ....
I've previously only used USB for audio, and have no experience of firewire, but my new HP laptop has a 4 pin firewire connection.
I was wondering if anyone who has used the onyx satellite could tell me what they think of it, as I haven't found any reviews. Also, any opinions about firewire and laptops would be appreciated.

BTW, I don't have a Satellite, but I was considering it.
