Hello all,

I'd thought I will share with some news regarding FlyingHand Percussion -
the most dedicated and realistic hand percussion sample library out there.
(...and the only one that makes you feel like you're playing a real drum...literally)

Read on to hear about the new demos, site, reviews and new promotion!!

It's been a great beginning for FlyingHand Percussion.
Since it's debut and showcase at NAMM, it really turned some heads.

Still a bit pricey to be honest (not to mention that shareit asks for 19% EXTRA in Germany!), and like I wrote in the other thread, where it was mentioned:

I'd get it, if there were more Japanese percussion stuff involved. Like Tsuzumi (small and big), okawa (like the small Tsuzumi, the otsuzumi, but played on the side and not on the shoulder), shime-daiko, chinese percussions... stuff that could be heard in the "Akira" and "Ghost in the Shell" movie soundtracks.

...hmm, a lot of exquisit new sample libraries for Kontakt recently. FlyingHand Percussion and Impact Steel seem to be all the percussion libraries you'd need. If I only could find a sponsor right now

Like I said, mucho-hate shareit!
The "add VAT where you live" policy is upper bullshit, and totally negates the discount.

For example:
The Pack is 259USD
With the 15% Promo Discount it's 220.15USD
Now I have to add the 19% VAT for Germany, then it's 261,98USD
I saved - nothing.

In Euro it's even worse:
Price in Euro would be 210.45Euro
With 15% promotion discount it would be 178.88Euro
Now I add the 19% VAT for Germany - 212,87Euro
I saved - nothing.

I'd love to get it at a retail shop or something like that, with VAT included. But no - ShareIt has to do everything extra. Of course you can't do anything about it, it just pisses me off that if I want to import samples, I have to pay almost 20% EXTRA (plus shipping) to get the stuff that's interesting me. And no German sample distributor features that set (meaning BestService for example)

Then again, I'm as short on money as loachm, and I would have loved to see more percussion stuff in there for the money (compared to Stormdrum), like a Cajon, japanese percussions, etc. Stuff that's mostly left out.

Well, as European I partly agree - but if shareit would not ask the 19% then customs would. The only solution would be a download - as soon as it must pass customs, MWSt/VAT will be added.

why not make a deal with bestservice? that may help the European customers a lot ....

FlyingHand Percussion is not only sold direct. The promo is for direct, but it is also available in retail sotres, and Best Service is one of them.
My worldwide Dist. is SONiVOX and the dealer network is pretty wide.
So, if the promo does not serve you well (i.e if you're in Europe) then you have 2 choices:

1. Order straight from my distributor - www.sonivoxmi.com
2. Order from a local dealer.

As I said, FHP is available and is either in stock or will be order from my dist. per order (so allow a few days more to receive it).

ShareIt was the only solution for us to sell direct but I understand it isn't a good solution for everyone.

I will also make a separate post to make sure people are aware of the different possibilities to get FHP.

Care to post a link from BestService? I didn't find it in the search engine, unless we really have to get it via sonivoxmi as distributor.

Then again, still a bit much for me at the moment, else I would have also gotten either ChineeKong and ImpactSteel or FlyingHand and ImpactSteel

If you haven't found it using the search, then simply call them up and tell them you wish to purchase one. They will order it.
